PRIVATE MEMBER GARDENING PLOTS
Morinville Centennial Community Gardens offers you two locations to grow.
At the Morinville United Church backyard, you can enjoy gardening in a raised 4' x 8' bed or in one of two 3' x 8' wheelchair / disability accessible raised beds. This space is a private garden and not open to the public.
OR
At the Champlain Park we have two sizes (6' x 15' or 12' x 15') in-ground plots available. This site is open to the public but signage indicates which gardens are for the public and which are for members only
Please note each member is required to abide by the garden guidelines, sign a waiver, commit to some volunteer hours and provide a deposit which will be returned when you retire your plot. Our private gardens are for members only and fees and deposit are due at the beginning of each growing season.
We also offer a PUBLIC garden, fruit trees and shrubs at Champlain Park that the membership collectively manage so anyone from the community to harvest from when the time is appropriate.
